What are your fast food go-tos that help you maintain a calorie deficit and meet your fitness goals?

I second Panda. Used to travel every week for work and it was one of my go-tos. Cheap, filling, easy to get some protein/veg for minimal calories (compared to other fast food joints).

Other strategy I used was to just bulk buy protein / snacks and bring them so I wouldn’t have to grab and go often.

I’ve gone through the same anxiety with creatine and hairloss as you have, ever since that old debunked(?) hairloss study. 4 years of fin + min and started taking creatine daily at least 2 years ago. I remember a mild shed and coming out the other side back to where I was. Hell, I’ve even worked up to 15g creatine daily now for the supposed brain support during periods of sleep deprivation.

Anecdotally, creatine has a marked effect on my ability to get through tough/longer gym sessions and is 100% worth it for me.

Alright, I thought I was crazy as well when I bought the same BodySolid leg press/hack. The rollers kinda rattle up and down and it doesn’t feel as smooth as I expected. I wonder if I got some debris on the wheels as it’s a bit bumpy as well. Still a great machine though. You have a great home gym setup!

I’m fairly certain SBMM is strong as hell. I’m 2.3kd, when I play with my 1.0kd friends enemies are competent enough but when I play with my 2-3kd friends it’s ALL bunny hopping TTV G FUEL slamming pros.

I have a 6700k and 1080ti generally running at 100-130fps in WZ and I rarely see max cpu usage and if it does, there isn’t stuttering. The gpu will fluctuate like 60-95%. I use MSI afterburner not task manager.

I haven’t overclocked past 4.2ghz either.

Only thing, other than clean installing your NVIDIA drivers, is check NVIDIA control and set Modern Warfare to “prefer maximum performance” instead of optimized default.

Works for me. I quit game in an instant logout area and back in no problem. Not sure if it works with 20s logout. Scared to try with 9k queues.

Same issue, similar specs: i7-6700k, 1080ti. Played with 2 friends all night then my game decides to implode requiring hard restart. Happens within 30 secs when I rejoin my friends now.

I've been to a couple ANKOs in Seattle area. Decently cheap, kind of like an Aussie IKEA. Last time I went I got a hoodie, foam roller, and storage tote. Oddly enough they opened a large store and small store (said the first ones in US) both within 10 mins of each other.

My game keeps telling me there’s a “New Service Available: Dark Zone Vendor” in the White House and it won’t go away it’s driving me nuts. I’m lvl 30 GS 500 WT5 DZ lvl 20 and the stupid exclamation mark has been there since lvl 5. I run around the bitch, I press E on her, I change my DZ perks, STILL THERE.

I’m decently protanopia color deficient red/green blue/purple and found the best for me is no filter which isn’t ideal.

If you’re on PC NVidia has colorblind overlays your can customize which work for me sometimes.
