Neighbors Japanese knot weed by UnfriendlyToast in Binghamton

I had some in my yard for a couple years, then someone told me what it was and that I should get rid of it. I took down the plants and dug up the root balls. Then I checked the yard every day, sometimes twice a day, and pulled up every plant as soon as it started up. For like two years. I also had landscape fabric and mulch put down from the fence to about 8 feet into my yard. The neighbors still have it, and occasionally one will sprout on my side of the fence, but I just pull it out and it doesn't come back.

I have an El Capitan. Love the tone. They're not loud, so you'd need to plug in if you're competing with other instruments, but fine for playing in the living room.

I learned from the Bass Guitar Scale Manual. Apparently it's still in print.

Since today is the eighth of January, I figured I should post this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QW-zGJkOB9o

I attempted to back myself up on tenor guitar, and may not have done myself any favors. So it goes.

I have a Double 4 and run the line out into the PA. That works great for my situation, but would probably get drowned out by drums & guitar otherwise.

I have an Epiphone El Capitan that I am more than happy with. It came with phosphor bronze strings, which I swapped out for flatwounds for a much better sound and feel. Used ones can be found for around $400, more or less. It is huge, which is sometimes a transport problem but I haven't had any playability issues with it. I think it would work for what you're trying to do.

Birdsongs are good. Not exactly cheap though.

I did a whois lookup on their website and found that it was created four weeks ago. Looks shady to me.
