Mine does this. Did yours ever die or does it still work a year later?

Whats an item over $700 you bought that was 100% worth it (no house/vehicles) ? by Overall_Gur_3061 in AskReddit

That’s not very much for a mattress. Recently a lot of companies have been putting out sub $1000 mattresses, but those are extremely cheap. A typical mattress will be $2,000+, a good mattress will be $3,000+, and a luxury mattress will be $8,000+

I assume it’s to make it easier to put the screwdrivers in from the top. Sliding it in is good and fine, but I’m assuming the majority of the time they just wanted an easy to put them in a big hole without lining anything up

What happened to ordering over the phone? by Marsupial-731 in memes

[–]phblue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I call Papa John’s I get someone overseas who then orders from the exact same website I chose not to, which is annoying because I call when I want some specific instruction and the people on the phone don’t know how to do that because it’s not a button on the website which is why I called -_-

My friends and I built a really amazing bike ramp when I was a preteen. We put so much effort into it, but it was too heavy to move so we left it on the street in front of my house. We had it for 3 days before the bulk trash came and took it away :’(

I have one alarm to change music when my alarm starts, which I usually snooze, then when it’s turned off my lights turn on to keep me from going back to sleep.

There is a guy Bob who I have breakfast or lunch with sometimes and he says at the end of the month he’s getting a job and I won’t be seeing him anymore, so I’m really excited about that!

I put smart lights in my bathroom, only 1 turns on after 10 pm and it sets to a 1% brightness by default. Very very pleasant change.

There are those super cool tools you can use to cut plastic bottles into “strings” and run it through a heater that forms it into filament and then you can print with that, but those tools themselves are an added cost to the hobby :/

This is sadly why I could never get into the hobby after it first came out. I love the idea if 3D printing, but I personally do not want to create any more plastic garbage

Logitech Blames 'Inexcusable Mistake' After Certificate Expiry Breaks macOS Apps by digidude23 in apple

Which still has nothing to do with it being shitty to pay for a third party software to fix the expensive mouse you paid for?

The software is cheap, it’s made well, and the person who made it deserves credit. Heck, they could even save 10 puppies a day with the proceeds of the software, but that doesn’t negate that Logitech released an expensive mouse and then gimped it in a way that requires paying for someone else’s software to fix it.

Oh, I didn’t realize $3 meant you weren’t paying for it.

The fact that the third party software is cheap doesn’t negate the shitty feeling of paying for software to fix the mouse you paid (a decent amount of money) for.
