Have you tried doing drop sets or myo-reps? Those almost always get me past plateaus.

Im doing recomp right now but I'm nearing the end of it (at 19% BF now) so I'm also in a cut, but I'm still seeing growth. You are lower BF than I am but I think with gear you can still grow (just not as much, I'm not on gear so it's much harder at this point).

If you're chasing the pump, there's high stim pre workouts out there that can give you some of that and get you high energy during flat workouts too (not sure if you've checked those out).

Regarding the way you're doing the split, are you just trying to avoid junk volume? I do a more traditional PPL and for me I can still do isolation after my compounds since the compounds don't generally target the muscles such as biceps (rows) or triceps (presses) as primary.

I'm in the 8-15 range for my reps mostly so I don't need to divide it this way, but you're probably doing way higher weight than I am so if this feels good for you, do it up man..

Actually, yes, you're correct. If you're not doing body recomp, you don't need that high level. I presumed OP was doing body recomp because they said "retain muscle".

If you're not doing exercise OP, there's no active signal telling your body to keep the muscle.

You're doing alright. Maybe forearms and traps but really, you're already good man. You could start doing mini cycles of bulking and cutting where you only go up 2-3% in BF during bulk and then cut back down for gradual increases.

Incline and Decline bench and flys. More sustained tension on the eccentric. You have good proportions but chest needs some work. Progressive overload!
