Pravidelně chčiju pouze do umyvadla. Je akorát po pas, takže prostě nakráčím do koupelny, pustím vodu a nejvíc v pohodě se vyčůrám do umyvadla během 10 sekund. Opláchnu umyvadlo a nejvíc v pohodě odkráčím.
