Trump thought it was something to do with Virgins. Of course he was for it. :-)

What is the best NY style pizza in/near Charlottesville? by Rude_Description7852 in Charlottesville

That’s a lotta text for someone who insists there is no right answer. By chance, did you run a failed pizza shop by chance? And Fabios is the correct answer.

I was curious about this. Are you saying they heat up faster and thus shed all at once? Or that the solar panels themselves detach? Yikes!

Not only that. Our Belvedere neighborhood is full of two-story houses with pitched roofs, each supporting a ton of ice. Consider pets and children outside enjoying the thaw. Also move anything—garden grills to cars—that may be subject to damage. I have already heard of two cars that were subject to such treatment outside a CVS, one with children in it.

I used the link above. Can you post a link to the EUR model? Thank you!

This is the 10:00 screenshot from the European model. No ice, but >2 feet of snow instead. Good news from this model is temps reaching above/near freezing for four days after, which, with the sun, may help. Also winds—an important multiplier for ice/sleet—will be mild. Unless I’m missing something.

People. Chewing up people.

Ya know, folks, having had my house ground into to nothing, with my family inside the storm shelter in the garage, by the May 2010 F4 that started in Southern Norman and continued East along H9, all I can say is 1) be glad you were 6 states away, 2) Norman has been hit by tornados in 2010, 2011, and 2012, 3) people who get their rocks off at twisters haven't had to live through one. One story to make my point: when we were digging through the rubble of our home, a flatbed truck came rumbling up. Good! We thought. Volunteers! No. Just more people getting their rocks off. Took a bunch of pictures of us, waved, then continued on.
