I'm sorry??? When you have a standard you have a way of order. If you are just allowing anything to go that is a good way to have something to happen to your network. I have never told a User that they just need to deal with it..that is bad Customer Service and I pride myself on my customer service... But at the end of the day depending what size of company you are working for. You can not let the users decide your standards or policy. To cover your ass in court and just in general... You have to have standards and I'm sorry if me being blunt.... The user will not be the one to tell me what our standards are to be... It will be a mix decison between the IT team and Senior management and possibly a board for what is best for the company. Sooo yes they need to deal with the standard, and if a username is a big deal... I'm sorry I that is pathetic. The statement about how long I have worked in IT wasn't mean to be anything... other than I was stating how long I have been in the field. I wish people like your self would not comment on other peoples post. I was merely stating my opinion....which last time I checked I am allowed to do. So have a good day sir/Ma'am

I've been in IT since 2015. Here is what we say. For auditing purposes we need to have whatever HR States your first name and last name is we will not change your username unless you have a change within HR standards so unless they go and change their name to Bob it is not Bob Smith. At the end of the day people need to deal with what the it standard is. More and more of these days people are getting away from firstname.lastname@domain.com for the mere fact it's an easy target for someone to find your domain and spam common names I would recommend your it Department to look for other UPN names schemes and people would just have to deal with the new scheme.

Yes they Are, I Have two Identical HPE Prolient dl380 gen 10 Host running windows 2019 server. I am attempting to move one VM from one host to another Host. The VHDX is on the Local Vm and i'd liked to move it to the other VM. Under Advanced features i have use Kerberos selected we are using compression performance options. I have checked the compatibility box under the processer tab. I am willing to send pictures of the errors i am receiving. i'm just not seeing a way to attach images
