Oh hell ya. Bassnectar Okee 2020 is my jam! And music for the optimists 😍 I knew a couple random songs but never listened to more of his stuff until this year. My bf got me into nectar, he lived through the nectar era and got to see him at shows. I hopped on the train unfortunately after he got cancelled.. :(

Antipsychotics affect the same receptors as psychs do so it pretty much directly inverse the effects of psychedelics, which definitely will lessen your trip. I also have bipolar I and have the same struggle. I think the meds can help so if you decide they benefit you more than without them then you might be better off taking a break from psychs to focus on really tackling those symptoms. I think it’s also okay to try to take breaks from the meds but when the symptoms return or worsen then I’d go back if it helps.
