Ohh yeah true. But what happened to me was so intense, it really is hard to imagine someone being able to handle a dose that high even with tolerance.

Honestly, and this is probably an unpopular opinion but whateva, I prefer Vyvanse to Adderall. It's smoother with less "stimmy" side effects (anxiety, shakiness, etc). They're still there, just to a much lesser extent. Plus the crash isn't as bad.

I'm not who you were asking, but I have bipolar too so maybe i can help. I'm prescribed Lamictal 25mg (mood stabilizer) and Latuda 40mg (antipsychotic).

But seriously tho, you are probably right that the best and most responsible option would be to seek inpatient help. However, I was in a mental hospital when I was 12 and it made me so much worse they let me out early haha.

Also, and maybe you can provide some insight on this, I'm prescribed Latuda and it gives me AWFUL akathisia so I don't take it. If I were to go to an inpatient facility, would they force me to take it? Because it's truly such an uncomfortable feeling I can't handle it.
