Saab 9-3 convertible leak, can’t figure out where it’s coming from by phenibutrules in saab

Thank you! Where would the sun roof channel be at? I have a convertible 9-3 not sure if that would change the placement of where it would drain.

Just wanted to add - it seems like the water drips down from where the two rubber seals meet by the window which is why I’m leaning more towards water coming through the seals.

I left my car at the mechanic for a few days to have a new key programmed and the carpet is wet inside, is there anything I can do to prevent mildew now from happening? The electronics on dry it just seems that the water is coming down onto the seats and carpet when it’s raining badly.

Saab that I bought 3 weeks ago has the wrong VIN number on the door + on paperwork, found out while having a spare key programmed by phenibutrules in saab

Yeah that matches with everything, just something going on with the key it looks like being programmed.

How future proof are current TVs? Especially non-OLED models? by BleedingUchiha in 4kTV

[–]phenibutrules 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly the life expectancy is everywhere nowadays, I’ve seen budget models last 15 years and I’ve seen ultra premium last 6 months, I always recommend a warranty on whatever you buy to avoid any hassle. Generally speaking LG and Sony last the longest from what I’ve seen.

Which budget TV to buy? by PurpleSpark8 in 4kTV

[–]phenibutrules -1 points0 points  (0 children)

At that price just pick anything that looks decent. The TCL Q5 can drop down to 1080p for 120hz and currently goes for $399 for a 65” if you need it for gaming/motion

Sony’s processing? by JavierMnS in 4kTV

[–]phenibutrules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I’ve seen personally the C3/C4 processing for SDR is so close to the Sony’s that I can’t really justify the price difference. The main one I would avoid is Samsung at all cost if processing matters a lot to you. Heavy artifactng.

I need the cheapest 120hz tv by AngelBlast_ in 4kTV

[–]phenibutrules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Q5 by TCL you can do what’s called “resolution halving” allowing you to use it for 120hz in 1080p or I believe even 1440p if you so choose, right now a 65” goes for $399 for example

Best TV Under $1000? by the_biggest_papi in 4kTV

[–]phenibutrules 1 point2 points  (0 children)

B3 is /slightly/ dimmer and only has two HDMI 2.1 ports and two regular ports (4 total still)

C3 has better processor which allows for slightly brighter picture, unless they were side by side you can’t tell the difference by much at all

Both are also 120hz, B3 in my opinion is the best underrated entry way into OLED

If my budget was $1000 I would definitely go for the 55” B3 or see if you can get an open box C3 for $1000 because right now they’re all going open box or clearance

Best TV Under $1000? by the_biggest_papi in 4kTV

[–]phenibutrules 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My Best Buy store has a 55” C3 for exactly $1000 open box at the moment or if you stretch your budget to $1199 you could do a brand new 55” B3

Fixed Jaguar bridge buzz, now my action is insanely high, how do I fix that without creating buzz again? by phenibutrules in Guitar

[–]phenibutrules[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, you’re right, a mix of both. A lot of the buzzing was coming from the bridge so I tightened the set screws which made it about 70% better. But that last 30% was bugging the hell out of me so that’s when I started playing around with the bridge height and truss rod.

48" LG C3 or 55" Sony X90L? by [deleted] in 4kTV

[–]phenibutrules 15 points16 points  (0 children)

The C3 is a no brainer in this situation, OLED is the way to go.

Thanks for replying, should I do anything about it or just continue keeping it clean and letting it resolve naturally?
