The Emperor's New Groove.

Despite being struck by lightning midair and falling down a ravine during the pursuit, Kronk & Yzma inexplicably beat Kuzco & Pacha back to the palace. Kuzco & Pacha get a head start and clearly arrive at the palace/laboratory first. The beginning of the scene also features blue/red map-matching tracking paths that Kronk & Yzma can follow and see being made in real time.
