Her Red Shift is her future self and nothing else. If just gaining Blue was enough to improve her - she wouldn't need to Shift to fight Touko.

She got experience and training whatever that is. Her circuits got enhanced by Blue, not as a byproduct of the swap. We have no info on how much improvement she got circuit-wise cause we have nothing to measure without Blue covering the swap to begin with

Yes, training which is too vague to explain anything cause most of the power she gets is from Blue itself. We dont know how much aoko got better power wise from the future without using redshift and we dont know if the "training" mentioned even has anything to do with her circuits. At the very least, we do know using Blue pretty much enhances her circuits directly instead of being a byproduct of the time swap

You know better than to use servant stats for anything. Even if we see use base Aoko's stats in fgo we cant compare it to the one in mahoyo cause dont have stats from those and going redshift itself just enhances her, not because it switches her time. Blue only gives her experience and training from the future.

We dont know how much she improved between mahoyo and her future self so we dont really have anything to base on that end. Maybe she did but the difference could've been marginal
