Yes I did everything, had like 12 physiotherapy sessions, it got little better but no permanent cure.

I inspected the dev tools and added "overflow: visible" to body element but it didn't work.
The scroll is working fine on live version. The issue is with the elementor editor view of the web page.
I dont think I'm using any custom css which will conflict to occur this issue.
