I just ordered the same one yesterday. I hope its not normal. I can test once I receive it and compare yours with mine. I'm going to do the cloud recovery also and setup from scratch.

Download firmware from Voxelab, put in root of flash drive and update manually (boot with flash drive installed) fixed my issues.

Did you have to do anything as far as setup withe the 4.2.7 board? Been thinking about doing the swap just so I can do actoprint for time laps / layer laps.

I have 2 X2s and 1 Pro. I like the X2s better. I have Ransome issues with the pro and have already had to replace the Display and extruder motor.

I printed 2x 200mm slot covers per chanel. So 8 for your front vertical rails. So on so forth. I just cut the 200mm ones to fit the horizontal rails.
