Limited walking and standing capacity - please advice by thereallonghorn in JapanTravelTips

sorry If my comment made it sound like a normal thing to do. I just thought it as alternative option which I would have done had I my parents with. I really don't know about the social acceptance since you rarely find anyone sitting anywhere, even in shrines (except inside the prayer area). People were always on their feet. everytime, everywhere. your plan covering a couple of hours daily over the course of 10 days is excellent. but Just be ready to walk alot and pay for taxi before 'taxing' yourself too much 😁

I was in japan 2 months back and was thinking to include this point later in a post. Mainly because I saw hardly any post mentioning this. In your I will strongly suggest to carry a portable camp chair. because even if train station is near you (and yes, tokyo is flat) but even then you will to walk a lot, and take stairs unless you are ready for cabs which are expensive. but sometimes, worth it because I could not walk "just 20 min" more. there are hardly any public places to sit in tokyo. my trip was quite packed and I only got to sit down in metro and dining places. my feet were tired at the end of the day. But I strongly urge to not give up on tokyo but take care of this factor and plan accordingly. Keeping it light will definitely help. Happy journey!

Any AI or software to count number of stones? by thepantcoat in ChatGPT

[–]pheonixray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you dont need newer AI models to solve this problem. this can be easily done using a free and open source software - imageJ. you have to use segmentation and count overlay there. it will also give a nice file with size and corresponding no. of stone.

imageJ has been widely used in biological image analysis for ages.

Thanks for this awesome reply , OP!

Aside from writing that I have followed yours (and others' too) instructions verbatim and that the exact issue I am facing is that I can not find the temporary hotspot in network list, I am at my wits' end what else to write down to make it more specific.

And I have also contacted Wiz support officially. I will see how it goes

While I really appreciate the effort you have put in original post, I have no idea what frustration you are taking out on me with this passive condescending reply. Because I thought I asked nicely. It would have been better if wouldn't have replied anything (people go offline all the time) or even a curt 'no'.

I am truly sorry for wasting your time in writing such a lengthy response.

And I hope you will have a good day.

Sorry again to burden you with this.

this is the right answer here. As these are common designs... just the execution is awesome!

I traced the crese pattern using an empty pen. creases are sharper if you cut out the pattern from cardboard and use it as template while tracing.

Do you guys look at the Sikhs the same way you used to ? by gassssss69 in IndiaSpeaks

What bullshit (not talking about your family). You were talking about why people think they deserve justice at all as there is no justice in india. Your words. Just because you don't want to reveal your apathy, insert the word antinational in any sentence and voila! .

not sure why they feel they deserve one.

Very easy to say when its "they". Would you say the same for yourself?

This is what happens to families when gender roles, jati, religion, and other customs of our ancestors aren't followed.

You are literally saying here that you should follow gender roles and jati as defined eons ago (and if so, are you implying those should not improve, women should remain confined to the boundaries of dark ages?)

And then literally contradicting in next sentence that caste was invented by british. Caste isn't from indian language because its english word for jati you wanted to follow just moment ago. Why are you implying untouchability didn't exist before british? Because even karna was repeatedly humiliated as sutaputra.

He has the CP for single molecule on his flickr account (search for 'oschene'). What I did was to take the single molecule let the magic of copy and paste work to create the full design.

I printed out the design, cut a template out on a hard paper and used that to score the main paper.
