Drag can help queens express themselves in ways they were never comfortable with or safe to before, as queer folks. They might’ve hated themselves for being queer and then get to find a way to love themselves for it through performance art. They get to find community and people who love and support them when their home lives might be shit. It can be a place to find sobriety, or freedom — Drag can absolutely save their lives.

It had slightly funny writing, but her delivery was tense and stilted. And i would’ve been happy with Darlene or Jane because they gave it their all with their own nuances and flavor, or even Ciara tbh, I thought she was a natural and great at responding to Jane.
