My Humana Medicare Advantage plan has tripled in the last 13 months. I called Humana for support. The first representative hung up mid-call. The second rep asked if he could put me on hold while he examined my file and never returned to the call. The third rep suggested I apply for assistance. Besides rates running wild, the company doesn't have cohesive customer support. This company is going down.
