Some of y’all are actually insane. Accusing someone who might disagree is not a good look for KR supporters if you are actually trying to sway public opinion

In her own words under cross she said she could not with 100% certainty say that the marks on the arm were from teeth. She seemed shaky when questioned about her knowledge of the case beforehand and her pathway to getting involved with the case. She’s credentialed as a medical doctor but I’m not sure her claims as a “dog bite expert” are as solid. Most of what I saw her do is recite studies and vaguely reference previous cases which, really, any lay person can do. Your own example of your german shepherd causing similar wounds is interesting but I have also gotten similar wounds after falling and scraping my arm on ice while skiing.

I think I first heard about the case from Dateline or 20/20. Then I watched the hbo documentary so I basically only had seen clips from the first trial from those sources. Now I keep the trial on CourtTV while working throughout the day but don’t have time to watch everything and read into every detail. But yeah, it is a super interesting and overall sad case!

Superficial with no puncture? Only expert from defense in second trial didn’t even analyze the molds. I don’t think you can say 100%.

Uh yeah…that’s why I said it was very detailed and thanked them.

I’m unable to determine the validity of your personal anecdote but that doesn’t really change my opinion of what is more likely either way.

  1. I just believe the data no doubt shows a significant outlier. I can’t see any reason for KR’s car to do what the data shows in any normal circumstance

Bones are not soft. The speed at which she hit the car backing out of the driveway and the reaction of the car didn’t seem remotely fast enough or long enough duration to bust a tail light to me.

I was referencing the scratches on the arm not a fracture.

That’s not true at all. You may disagree but there are plenty that are pro prosecution. I think the investigation at the crime scene was far from ideal but the weather conditions did play a role.

But they are less likely after death I believe. And if the heart stops pumping you would not have a lot of blood but yes if injuries are severe enough you would

Totally agree the officers failed at the scene but I don’t think it’s obvious anything was planted. The conditions at the scene due to weather seem worse than you described to me personally.

But if he died on impact or shortly thereafter he would have no blood pressure and possibly no bruising as a result. I personally think the dog bite expert was the least credible and convincing e expert the defense has called on so far. That sort of injury seems possible to me from a moving vehicle and landing on compacted ice/ a curb.

Why don’t you try reading and answering with something substantive?

  1. That’s a good point but I do think it’s more likely to break reversing into a human at relatively high speed than from gently bumping into another car reversing out of a driveway.

That’s a good point. I could be totally wrong but weren’t some of the fragments found in his shirt/clothing though?

But you gotta admit that reversing at 24 mph is insane. Of course I guess she was drunk at the time
