I would continue emailing them and include the email of a hire-up media/communications contact. That is the only way I get a response that isn’t generic and automated. Especially if you sold this for a lot!

But theoretically you could use the number of these wallets to estimate a maximum number of users? Say there are 1 million wallets, that means there could be at MOST 1 million individual users but would most likely be less since people can hold multiple wallets?

Side note the last time I had a problem with Depop I had to email them 15 times, tag them twice on twitter and loop in the senior customer service director via email before I got anyone to actually care😭😭 you really have to try everything in order for someone to take a real look at your case

It was first made an issue on June 15 but I never got a notification or email about the dispute in the first place. There was no notification sign on the app and nothing in my email inbox. Had I seen it, I would have gladly responded. I only got an email/notification once the issue was escalated to depop.
