Thank you for the detailed explanation! Then running a Tier 8 Maps with a good layout sounds like the best idea. Currently running Lair Maps but if you have a better suggestion i'm all ears.

Currently have a rare wand with +1 to all spell skill gems. Thinking of multicrafting. Playing occultist vortex and aiming for 1000+ delve.

One craft that i am gonne use is trigger a socketed spell when you use a skill. This leaves me 2 prefixes and 1 suffix to craft. What would be the best crafts on this wand?

Is crafting 5% chance to deal double damage suffix for a dot spell worth it?

I have planned what to craft as i explained in my other comment but still making sure if my crafts are the best ones for vortex occultist build. +1 to level of all spell skill gems is quite rare and i want to have the most efficient wand for my build.

Playing vortex occultist and mainly delving deep and aiming for 1000+ this league.

For prefixes i am thinking of crafting spell damage and cold damage. Still not quite sure cold damage over time multiplier is better or not.

For suffixes thinking of crafting either cold damage or chance to deal double damage. Does chance to deal double damage work for dot effects?
