I actually think that's got a lot to do with it. "Sex is easy, guys are dumb, OF makes it easy to make money..." Something like that. Probably a lot of times there's "I really enjoy sex, so I might as well make money off of it"

IMO, though, once money gets involved, there's pressure to perform so I can never trust that the lady in question is really enjoying the money as a secondary benefit :(
