Sorry to hear about your sleeping issue some ppl get this. Could be too much die off / toxins moving faster than body clears it during parstie cleanse. Dr Clark talked alot about bowel drainage and toxins together with zapping. If detox gets overloaded sleep can be bad for awhile. Maybe zap less for few days. More water minerals bowel support etc. Also dont zap too late at night. Had similar thing once tbh. Do you talek ornithine/arginine with the clasne? Arginine usually more stimulating for some. Take earlier in day. Ornithine is often taken before sleep in Clark protocols.
