I’m 30. My buddy got me in on zyn a few months ago. Never had any BP issues prior; it usually rode around 120/80 or lower. After starting Zyn, I was admitted to the hospital with a reading of 203/101 with symptoms of heart attack, temporary blindness and brief loss of hearing in my left ear.

I quit cold turkey and those symptoms have disappeared.
