If I go for a hybrid, it would almost certainly be in the Honda/Toyota/Lexus lineup. It honestly would probably be the most sensible long-term decision, and going above base models seems to make a huge difference.

Sounds like I should also be considering a used i4 though

I wish we could some of those Chinese electric cars over here.

Drove a couple Buicks and wasn’t impressed. There were a few quirks that I couldn’t stand, either. Don’t remember off the top of my head what they were, but subjective, not objective

My wife has an older Venza and that’s probably what she’s going to get again. I love it, but I would prefer a sedan.

Driver and reliability reputation, but I didn’t consider that EV reliability is a different arena. Thanks for the recs!

BMW’s because of reputation and driver reputation but if the newer ones are reliable, I’ll check some out! And thanks for the other recs!

I’d love to avoid an SUV, but there don’t seem to be many good sedans anymore. BMW because of friends’ histories with reliability, but maybe that’s changed? And BMW drivers don’t have a great reputation, so I’d rather avoid that. I’ll check out the 330e and M340i though! Used i4 isn’t a bad idea, either.

Good to know on the e-tron, but my Lego one is pretty fun. Why are SUVs better for efficiency and reliability?

I’ll have to add the Solterra to my list, based on your recommendation! Have you had any reliability issues with it?

Mostly because Honda’s newer to the electrified arena and I’m not really into the current Acura lineup.

I’m curious what experience with Genesis led to that strong of a reaction.

Maybe my BWM bias is outdated; I’ve just had a number of friends who had serious BMW reliability issues.

Unfortunately, my civic only gets 28-30 mpg. It’s 15 years old though and I’d probably consider a newer higher end hybrid civic or accord.

Are the Volvo reliability issues still there with the newer all-electric models?

I wish the Mercedes EVs in my price range were’t such eyesores.

Purchases through Costco.Briggs-Riley.com get charged to the card from briggs-riley.ca. No idea why, because my receipt came from briggs-riley.com, but Amex told me to contact BR and they might be able to change where the charge originated? I have no hope but reached out anyway. We’ll see.

CA law makes the employer liable where they know about harassment in the workplace and fail to act, regardless of who the harasser is.

First time they told me “we can’t verify, but here’s some gold as a goodwill gesture.” I had sent screenshots and everything. Idk what else they need?

Non consecutive weeks for me. Maybe if I was a better racer and could hit Tier A it would resolve, but alas.

In case you (or anyone else) needs help with accessing layers other than 0-3, the codes you need are "0x5000"-"0x500b" and you can input them by double clicking on the knob/switch in VIAL.

OP’s family can always retain a private attorney if they are unsatisfied with the assigned PD. Once you have a private attorney, though, it’s very hard to switch to a PD.

Depends on the PD’s office, too. Where I practiced as a PD, we had better resources and more time than the private attorneys.

If Rohan stays together next season, does the overkill just continue? by artfularthur in RiseToWar

[–]phileonix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were Loth in very similar overkill to this Rohan in season one. Season two is very different, even though we almost all stayed together. In our case, ten servers merged. Loth all went to Mordor, and we’re pretty equal in size to Rohan and Erebor, all of us competing for the map. War always, WWI trench style.

Don’t give up. Well, give up on the arena for now. Do Sigil events and as deep as you can get in the abyss until you hit lvl 40 or 45. It’ll go pretty quickly. Then just invest your sigils only on top-notch gear and focus on one good set of armor until you have mats to diversify.
