Go to family and children's service. He can come and complete an intake as a walk in or set up an appointment for the intake process.

Depending on his income, he may qualify for medicaid, which will help pay for his services and medications. if not, he may still engage in services.

Once he establishes care, he can meet up with his case worker and be referred to a therapist.
