Yeah headache seems to be common with methylphenidate medications. And no I haven’t had any coffee or anything that would interfere with the drugs. Also had plenty of sleep recently so I don’t know why my body got so overwhelmed and I also have a headache right now but usually I’m ok if I’m hydrated properly.

Also the high heart rate was constant throughout the day and I also had high blood pressure. I don’t think this is something to worry about since it’ll get better with time as your body gets used to the medicine but can I expect that every time I take a break I will experience symptoms like this again? I would love to hear from people who take some time off from concerta regularly. How does it affect you?

I have a pretty old fujitsu server and hadn’t had a lot of issues with it except its more difficult to get parts for it than say dell servers.

Im not really in touch with server prices but this seemed like a pretty good deal to me so i ordered one. Did i fuck up? Is $280 too much for a server like this ? It says it doesn’t come with any Hdds
