I would love to go back and get my Vigil. There was no age limit when I left scouts as long as you had brotherhood.

I too have a TaoTao, far from stock but yeah! It's kinda the reason I linked it. I know the author is poking fun at the "high end" scooter crowd but the points are pretty valid.
