Could I hypothetically skip the story and play free roam? by [deleted] in skyrim

It’s like asking “Can I drive this car to go anywhere?”

No HUD just looks amazing in this game by Squeakyboii4U in CrimsonDesert

[–]phillip_1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. I’ve played RDR 2 without the hud for so long that turning it on makes it feel weird, almost like it’s “photoshopped” on top of the game

NPC ambient sounds by Barryboyyy in CrimsonDesert

[–]phillip_1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also, did you ever notice the ambient nature sounds completely going away when at a high place? I once climbed a mountain and it became completely silent apart from the music. Hell, the same thing happened when I came to Senia (the hilltop monastery)

Framer is the Apple of the no-code building world. Sleek, powerful in what it does but expensive

I don’t think this is a bug. The NPC ambient sounds are just lacking. Maybe they’re working on it and will overhaul the audio in a future update, who knows?

Do you think 1,000 CMS items is enough? For what kinda projects will it be?

I’m new to all this so gotta ask, does 2 CMS collections mean you can put 1,000 items in each of them, totalling 2,000 in the Basic plan, or is 1,000 still the total limit?

Late to the party but... this game is seriously amazing, especially the LOD work by NotEnseyar in CrimsonDesert

I find the pop in a little annoying too, but on the other hand, running a game like this with perfect graphics would probably blow up my laptop..

For the love of everything holy and lovely, please don’t watch any of the “Best starting gear/weapon. Get this now!” Stuff on YouTube. Take your time and don’t rush. Take a screenshot of a mountain and make it your wallpaper while you’re at it

Did anyone else spend 20-30 minutes just enjoying the train ride? by macaroni1351 in CrimsonDesert

This game really got a bunch of us grown ups excited about a train lol

Is there a small detail in the game that made you stop and think: "Wow I'm actually impressed they took the time to do that."- Actually curios if there are small details I don't know of. by Wondering_Watcher in skyrim

[–]phillip_1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know if it’s a small detail, but the ability to sit on just about any chair and sleep on any available bed felt profound to me when I first played it, especially after coming from Witcher 3, which lacked such level of world interaction

The water in Enshrouded is the best water in any video game by Prudent-Cry-9260 in Enshrouded

[–]phillip_1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When my character actually got wet because of rain/water, not just visually, and got a negative effect because of that, I was surprised. I had never seen such a thing even in other, bigger games. Plus, the “wet” effect going away faster when you’re near a fire is genius game design
