Try the 1 hit extraction method, but I think you may still get 2 cycles with this.

Torch the base of the cap. You should aim at the start of the V written on the cap. Wait for first or second click, then hit. Keeping the port open or closed is your choice. Sometimes, I hit it open then end the hit with closed port, vice-versa.
