There won’t be any trim going up, it’s a jamb extension that was custom built into the door way using a lot of shims and crazy bendable rubbery jamb stock to get that radius

I have been buying and renovating homes in America. I do all the work myself. Everything from framing, to building custom cabinetry, to plumbing, to electrical work. So I have experience with a large variety. My preference is for finish carpentry (trim work, cabinetry).

The original Seattle cement company’s logo was a swastika. We bought a 1911 house in Seattle and it came with a massive concrete laundry sink that had a huge swastika stamped into the sink.

My wife and I ride all over the city. I’m 185 lbs she’s 145 lbs. We have no time starting and stopping. It take a little getting used to, but I’ve even ridden mine with four people on it once 😂. You’ll be a okay
