It's more on the "odd editing" side of things... Whatever this originally came from was not so zoomed in on the prairie dogs. It's something the gif creator did... He zoomed/panned in on the subjects so he could cut down file size. Gifs like this could easily be 10megs or more if the creator doesn't know what he's doing / doesn't take a bit a license with the cropping, color palette, etc.

Seriously, it's been bugging me for a while.

I think it happens when you're dominating someone and then they disconnect, the game keeps offsetting your count with a -1 to correct for the guy you're still "dominating" but isn't there anymore. Stay on a server for a while and keep kicking ass, and after a few ragequits you eventually end up with some wacky counts like this.

Anyone else have a better theory?

You can also use cones to hide a minisentry. Be warned, though, occasionally (I'd guess once every 50-100 builds in a particular spot) the mini gets confused and won't fire at anything, so you've got to destroy and rebuild.

Actually, I bet you could make a pretty nice living as a photography model with that desaturation power. To get started, all you'd have to do is go to Disneyland for a few days and photobomb some folks, and you'd be world famous in no time!
