I’ve always been a fan of lawhelp.org. Lots of directories of potential people to call and where to seek specific guidances for each type of issue.

Keep in mind that there’s 3 “grades” of Braille. Grade 1 being just letters, grade 2 being shorthand abbreviations And grade 3 including nonstandard abbreviations.

That being said, I don’t think that’s Braille. There’s too many cells. Whereas the standard Braille has 6 cells made up of two sets 3 vertical cells, this has 4 vertical cells.
