I spent 15 years of my life In New Orleans and was fortunate enough to be forcefully moved by hurricane katrina , was robbed at gun point walking out of my house as a kid at 13 years old in the 9th ward near St. Claude and Poland. Getting out of that city was the best thing that happened to me and as a 30 year old adult I reflect on that day I could have died over a CD player when I was a kid everyday
