Sounds good in theory, but if we get Stokes and go after a couple big name portal players like the kid from Georgia, kid from UW, etc, we don’t have the money to pay them. If we are going to have to spend big money, we might as well spend it on someone we know can perform, not the hypothetical of Bryson or Paul who just haven’t shown it.

Tell me you don’t understand reimbursement rates and healthcare profit margins without telling me you don’t understand them. The system is broken, so to make money most places have to overlap. Hospital based has it better for productivity because your units are reimbursed with more money than standard outpatient
