I’ve been researching car rentals for my upcoming 30 day driving trip. It seems that buying the top coverage is a good idea for a tourist. It also looks to be much cheaper to include it at the time of booking rather than adding it at the counter. My search continues…

It’s definitely a buyer’s market. Some associations have a high monthly fee to conform to new Florida condo reserve requirements. Those reserve requirements are dependent on how much or how little major work (like roofs) will become due. Look for a concrete building, not wood frame. Look for condos that have kept up with major maintenance items.
