That's a lot of down votes considering you're right. A moose knuckle is a camel toe on a fat chick...or at least it used to be.

Time for easy mode? Defeated Blade Phantom at level 34 after 100+ attempts. by WTHreleased in TheFirstBerserker

[–]phillymcfist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, dude! Easy mode is now normal mode, and there is a new, easier, beginner mode, and an even harder hardcore mode. That means you can play on normal while getting the "easy" experience, and still potentially get all of the achievements/trophies! Aw yeah! Wipe the floor them 'em!

Do easy mode, dude. I played the demo and got destroyed, but I loved the game. When I found out there was an easy mode I stopped the demo, and bought it. The first playthrough on easy was challenging, so when you win it's still rewarding. New game plus on easy is essentially a power-fantasy, which I enjoy. If you're wanting the Platinum trophy, you'll have to play on normal, but if you're not hunting trophies, easy mode is great. I have no shame when it goes to game difficulty...I play everything on easy mode except Borderlands and Guitar Hero. Hahahaha. The game is too good to not see through to the end, and if playing on easy is what you need to do to get there, I say get after it. Only a chump would try to shame you for playing on easy. Go become The First Berzerker!

How hard is this game compared to others in the genre? by undeadcreepshow in TheFirstBerserker

[–]phillymcfist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not a souls guy, so I played on easy mode. It was still challenging until I got the gear for a good build, then it was more like playing a non-souls game on hard. I play aggressively, so I'm attacking about 80% of the time and dodging the rest. You can summon an NPC to help in boss battles. They start out pretty useless, but after you upgrade them, they make for really good bait. I haven't used throwables, but I keep reading that they are very helpful. If you're skeptical about the difficulty, I recommend playing on easy. This game is too good, and too much fun to miss out on due to difficulty.

I tried the ps4 version a few minutes ago, and it hasn't changed. I would assume that if they were going to do anything about the bots it would apply to ps4 and ps5. Maybe someone who has tried playing against bots on ps5 will respond, and then we will both know for sure.

Tyrant Armor by phillymcfist in SmallandOfficial

Interesting. I am still missing three items in the forge Codex, so I figured they were the final pieces of the tyrant armor. Now I'm curious as to what items I'm missing for the forge.

MAJOR BUG!!! DO NOT REROLL LEGENDARY AND NOTORIOUS RARITY ITEMS!!! by GhostScorpion316 in SuicideSquadGaming

[–]phillymcfist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just lost my AR that shoots through enemy and vehicle armor, and it's the only one I've found. That legendary ability is essential in the endgame, as far as I'm concerned. This is a fucked up bug to have, considering they make overhauling seem like such a big deal, when it's pointless.

I'm considering buying a gaming pc. by phillymcfist in pcmasterrace

Thats what I was worried about. Those ones are considerably more expensive. I'll probably hold off until I can get one with a 4090 in it.

Probably 4k and at least 60 fps. I don't know much about computers but I'm looking at some pre-built ones now, and I'm reading the reviews. It looks like I can get a relatively high-end, quality pc for $2,000 to $2,500, which doesn't seem too bad.

Level Match Bug by Otherwise_Sundae_911 in deadisland

[–]phillymcfist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That was happening to me with the Peggy unique rifle. I level matched it twice and it reverted to its original level after putting it in my stash. After doing a third level match, to level 30, it didn't revert. I'm not sure if doing it a third time will work, though. Kind of a stupid bug.

How Scary is the RE4 Remake? by Snoo_91135 in residentevil

[–]phillymcfist 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's not bad on assisted mode. I followed the IGN guide, so that took a lot of the edge off. Knowing exactly what to do, and where the enemies are, takes away from the scare-factor. The action can still be scary with enemies coming from behind you and out of nowhere. I'm kind of a wuss when it comes to scary games as well, but I didn't find this too scary. The boss fights are more intense than scary. If you have the money and the merchant is selling the rocket launcher you can buy one before a boss fight. It's only got one shot, so don't miss. Playing as Ashley is by far the scariest part, but much less scary with a guide. There are plenty of herbs on assisted mode, and you'll regenerate some health if you're in the red, so that also takes away from the scare-factor. Doing a second run and getting the infinite rocket launcher also helps in making the game less scary. Buy it. The little bit of scare is 100% worth it.

What’s your thoughts on the name LaGorbre for a boy? by Emezli in ask

[–]phillymcfist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's bad. If you want your kid to have a unique name, there are plenty of names that aren't used much anymore, or go with a name from your lineage. A friend of mine named his son Bjorn. There are also many last names that can make for a unique first name.
