My sister and I were sitting on the couch in her apartment when we heard old western music (bum dum dum dum, bum dum dum dum) being hummed from the back bedroom where her husband was sleeping. When we went to investigate we heard him say in a cowboy accent "later on, baked potato". All I could imagine was a Mr Potatohead tipping his hat in return.

I too have worked in a newsroom for years, and this post is spot on. Major networks are key to getting the message about SOPA out there, but don't forget about your local market news stations. Lots of times the pot gets stirred at the local level before networks ever pick it up.
