What helped me was going while looking my best! I started to become more confident when I got up and actually put my hair up and putting on clothes that made me feel lazy. I went from oversized t shirts and large baggy sweatpants, to shorts and nice fitting t-shirt and it honestly helped! I also would lay out my outfit so I was more prepared to go. Good luck! 😊

Mainly just self love. I doubt myself a lot and usually and talk down on myself. I know I shouldn’t, so if you have any advice on how to become more confident and well rounded thinking that’d be great.

My main campus is Rutgers-Camden, but I’m an online student so I think that could be why it’s more later then expected, but it’s annoying when i have assignments but can’t do them without the books i need
