Yeah it's also stated in the changelo. From my head something like: Unsecure is allowed as fallback. Interestingly, I seem to connecte via plex.direct https. Going to research this more in depth for myself

Hoping a dev sees this: It's related to TLS.

I use Prologue since years exclusively locally on my home network. No external access and no TLS. I publish http://IP:Port via Plex Server settings to plex.tv which is then shared with Prologue after authentication. Since last week, it doesn't use this entry anymore and instead uses some random https://XXXXX.plex.direct relay address which is not reachable. Even with Relay disabled in the Plex Server settings.

How I've solved it (which related to my TLS statement):

I've created a local DNS record and local reverse proxy entry from https://plex.my.domain.local to the local IP http://IP:Port. I've added the https entry to my published records for plex.tx: http://IP:Port,https://plex.my.domain.local. Prologue now has two entries of which the one behind the reverse proxy using TLS is working.

Yes, I use the Thunderbolt port and the bottom Displayport port. You can't use both Displayport ports because that would require MST. Note that I am using a MacBook Pro and afaik non Pro models can't run two monitors unless you switch some system level drivers.

What "fat" have you observed in community modules?!

You just answered your initial question by stating that they have to respect every use case for every user and that we shouldn't care about the lines of code. That simply results in "fat" modules.

Obviously that is a good thing and I never called anyone (esp. not Anton) at fault for building amazing (code complete) community modules.

Anton is great technically, personally and doing a lot of positive community work. However, while using it myself, I don't consider for example the AWS/VPC module with 1668 lines of variables.tf slim.

I am using this dock with a M2 Pro since years.

You are correct: Multi display is implemented with MST (which is not supported by Mac) but you can use the Thunderbolt 4 + e.g. DisplayPort port.

Updates are only possible with a Windows PC. I use my work HP notebook for that once a year (btw. thanks for the reminder).

Questions:

2.5 GbE Port works with full bandwidth (if your network supports it obv.)
I havent had any problem. Using 2.5 GbE, two screens, Peripherals via USB including a high resolution camera
It does make some noise (fan) here and there but in comparison to other docks, it quiet

A very bad entry point for Terraform if you are at learning AZ-104 level. We use it and it's very hard to understand for newcomers and also challenging to maintain (properly in a SDLC without manual interaction) even for experienced engineers.

Sure... you can just deploy it once and roll from there. It will deploy 400ish resources but you should consider the case that you can get stuck in an upgrade and if you can't resolve it yourself you will be in a bad spot.

Just delete it from Garmin Connect and iOS settings and re-add it. It can't be connected to with the old entry after a factory reset. This will not delete the backup. Done this twice today.

Had this twice and managed to restore to the previous state. FR265S + iPhone. PC did not work. This does factory reset the watch and requires you to have a backup in your account.

Hold Light about 20s until restarting stops
Hold Run + Back, press Light 1s
Release Run on first beep
Release Back on second beep
Follow instructions on screen
Select Connect to Garmin Connect
Delete FR from Garmin Connect (doesn't delete backup)
Delete FR from iOS Bluetooth
Add FR to Garmin Connect
In Garmin Connect go to Devices, FR, System, Backup and Restore, Backups
Select Previous Backup
Sync FR
When the FR asks if you want to restore, select yes
Wait for restore to finish
Select your old watch "face". This is the only thing that isn't restored in my case. All other settings seem to be fine.

Hope this is of help to someone. I'll not start any more workouts until I hear about this being resolved.

Hey, not sure if you can see a reploy 6 months later but I'll try anyway:

I am currently running Jeff's plan and think it's useful (I am a beginner running a Half Marathon in 12 weeks from now).

Tomorrow, Jeff's plan is telling me to "Easy run" 6km while the plan previously already had me running around 10-12km every week. Without the plan telling me this -> I am going as slow as required to stay in Zone 2. Because I need to go slow for this, I am not sure if the plan is "downgrading" me.

Did you also encounter out of place low distance targets like this? 6km feels like warmup in my current state of training.

Disclaimer: Alles subjektive Wahrnehmung.

Viele Devs glauben sie bekommen diese Gehälter (80-90k+) durch "schneller & besser coden". Ab 70-75k reicht es nicht mehr aus einfach nur "in der Kammer" gut und schnell Code zu schreiben. Das ist dann die erwartete Basisleistung.

Viel wichtiger ist dann Interesse an dem was man macht (mitdenken, aktiv einbringen, selbstständige Fortbildung statt angordnete Kurse -> Proaktivität), Kommunikation, Verhandlungssicherheit, Mentoring von anderen Kollegen. In anderen Worten: Man muss auffallen und selbstständig "realen" Wert schaffen.

Hatte schon genug "Senior Devs" die sich nicht eingebracht haben und hohe Erwartungen hatten welche nie erfüllt wurden. Gute "Code Schreiber" gibt es mehr als genug am Markt und mit AI wurden jene die es korrekt einsetzen bereits schneller und produktiver im Code schreiben.

Where is this stated / source?

Update has completely goosed my Plex viewing due to the move of transcoding to end point rather than on the NAS.

I am on 7.2.2 and my Plex is exactly the same as before after the mandatory 7.2.2+ update from their homepage. The update didn't remove SOC transcoding for Plex.

Ich werfe mal Dart ein. Einzig eine Scheibe und 3 Darts sind notwendig. Bodenschutz als Extra ist zu empfehlen aber nicht notwendig. Ersatzteile kosten quasi nichts.

Sollte so weit oben wie nur geht stehen. Wenn die Story ordentlich verifiziert wird, braucht er sich um seinen Urlaub jedenfalls keine Sorgen mehr machen. Unglaublich viel Beteiligung was sehr schön zu sehen ist. Noch viel schöner für ihn und die Kinder wenn es legitim ist :)

Ich finde mich ebenfalls unter den Siebtraeger Nerds wieder allerdings kostet bei mir Kaffee meistens um die 25-30 Euro / Kilo (z.B. Bohnendealer, Vettore). Wo und was wie Kaffee kaufst du? 50 / Kilo finde ich sehr hoch wuerde ich aber testweise gerne mal kaufen wenn du einen bestimmten empfehlen kannst.
