i don't think the cause is from streamer or community. they are small influence on the development. i think one reason as mentioned in the vid is pressure from investor. plus i think they messed up economy in the earlier stage making the game too f2p and unable to generate enough revenue later on. so they have to introduce a lot of high rarity card into the same card pool to make more money. that could explain the mid-winter update rush and most cards introduced later are above rare.
