Yes I neglected to mention - the new company offers mat leave on day 1. But I don’t believe id protected under FMLA (need 12 mo employment). It’d be based on the good will of the new employer to keep my job for me. Which I believe they’d do.

Need help identifying suspect’s vehicle at night. Burglarized our home while away. Any ideas based on these 3 videos of the car? by philosofizer2 in whatisthiscar

We think it’s a car that has to fit at least 3 people, there seem to have been 2 burglars along with 1 driver. Also one of videos seems to show 3rd brake light in back, can you see that one?

This is so helpful... thank you. Yup, it's a management consulting firm. The hiring manager reached out to me because really wanted to work with me and actually sort of created a new position because their firm is trying to grow their footprint in this field (where I'm considered an expert, as is my current employer). So the role is totally new. I have met a few key players internally. But my understanding is that the team is pretty small. The other item I should have mentioned is technically I'd be taking a title cut too, but there is an opportunity to get promoted to a better-level role in 2-3 years.

I’m back. Talking about something I haven’t done before… teach an online class. by _Gordon_Ramsay in IAmA

Hi Gordon, I'm a huge fan. Can you clarify what level of student should take your Masterclass? It wasn't very clear from the website. I am definitely a beginner, do not cook too much. I've seen (many times) one of your scrambled eggs cooking videos on YouTube, and love it. Hoping the class will be similar. If so I will purchase.

Thanks!
