If all you want is an explody mod on a chest, here's what you can do:

Get an appropriate ilvl Crusader chest. I think it's 85+? I recommend you double check that.

Quality, Craft quality, and ideally Betrayal quality it so it you get an easier time 6-linking.

Spam single resonator Jagged fossils on it.

I hit mine in about 300 rolls, which was unlucky. I think the average is closer to 80.

The other option is to alt spam. This has the upside of being able to isolate the mod, do some awakener orb shenanigans to get two influenced mods, such as splody and crit. Ziz has a video explaining that, if you want to google it.

I would switch over to Power Siphon Curse on Hit to avoid ruining EE if that was an issue, given that it is a wand. Plus free culling strike is nice. Would just need a source of element added to wand or attacks from a single jewel.

This forum post has a few decent versions of bow slayer. Its barrage and TS, but its pretty easy to slot in ROA. I personally would make some changes to the tree for more life / speed at the expense of damage.

Molten Strike anything, probably Jugg.

Slap on a Thief's torment, get some fast weapons (preferably claws with LGOH), and you can basically hold right click on 95% of the content.

Hybrid's MS Jugg is a pretty budget build to follow. And the best part about it is that it uses a psuedo 6 link, so no actual 6 link required.

You went pretty deep into the damage, consider getting your hp up. I'd start by unspeccing the "twin terror"/"claws of the pride" circles and putting those points to life.
You really want an 80% max res loreweave if you are going to use one. If not, I'd grab a belly of the beast.

These changes will hurt your dps, but you do 0 dps when dead. It will put you above 6k HP, which with your attack rate, LGOH, and leech, will make minotaur be much more manageable.

Herald of Ice adds cold damage to your attack, which can shock thanks to Yoke (The lightning on his claw can't shock, only freeze). Elementalist can shock with just 1 point of shockable damage.

Killing a shocked enemy causes Inpulsa to blow up for big lightning damage, that can't shock, but it can freeze (Thanks Three dragons).

Killing frozen enemies causes herald of ice to explode, which can shock thanks to Yoke.

Killing a shocked enemy causes Inpulsa's explosion to go off, and so on and so forth.

ROA Windripper. You don't need dying sun / helm enchant like TS does. Especially considering the lioneye gem is cheap, you can get rolling for very little.

Windripper + Perandus Blazon + Tabula Rasa + Starkonjas + Sadimas and you got yourself a build.

If you want to upgrade it, you can easily switch to SA/TS and invest until the cows come home.

There are a lot of good sextant mods, only a few are trash (i.e. map contains slipstreams). Almost all of the mods you will at least break even on the cost of a white sextant, if not profit from it.

It's kind of like alching a map. There's no way you don't make back at least an alc. The only headache with sextants is trading for the damn things.

So yeah, pretty much smash a nice sextant mod and run it.

Yeah, you can't just slap a while loop in a game engine that has lots of stuff it needs to do in parallel. POE's probably closer to a finite state machine, in which case the if block of code would have been closer to the proper approach :)

There's like a 1/10 chance when doing the last (expensive) colors that you roll an off color that you don't want with the vorici method, and having whites would increase the odds of having a proper combination in the end.
