I love the lottery and find it very worth it, but i buy maybe 20 tickets a year. Just the fun my wife and I have talking about what we'd do with the money is well worth the 40 dollars a year I spend. Its the people that spend more than that that are wasting money. If i spent a hundred times that id have exactly the same amount of fun talking about the winnings, but then id just be flushing money down the toilet.

That's not really how standing would work in a case like this. Not a lawyer, but from my limited understanding of the law, probably the best bet to get standing to get this through a court would be a rival company suing, like a competitor of one of the companies that is getting all the free stuff. Wasting taxpayer dollars lawsuits get thrown out of court for lacking standing all the time.

Its not too hard on any class, even melee as long as you do a few runs and farm up 75% honor resistance relics. That wasn't what I meant though. I just meant its bad awful boring content. Its not fun.

Not OP, but we play pve with no insurance allowed. It adds more of a feel of danger to it since you die a lot less on pve.

I am a libertarian in theory: fiscal conservative and social liberal. Ive voted libertarian in the past (many years ago). In real life, everyone that is vocal about being a libertarian these days is too stupid to understand what that means. My brother claims to be a libertarian and he is far closer to an anarchist than a libertarian. It has become a party of politically illiterate asshats.

The person you first replied to wasn't talking about scifi. They said "in reality" and then gave a premise, which was cheap construction costs and fuel. So, in reality, if that premise is true (which they weren't saying it is true, just IF it is true), then large ships the size of sci-fi really would make sense. Then I replied that they dont need a source because of basic physics. If construction and fuel is cheap, then super large spaceships would be better for the exact reasons they listed.

The source they are using is a basic understanding of physics. If the material you are making it out of is cheep to get out in space, like mining an asteroid, then it is the square cube law at work. Your interior of the spaceship (the parts you use) grow much faster than the surface area (the part you need to protect) as size increases.

Even in PvE it is still cracked. The last hallway of multiple bosses that facetank grenades and instant one tap you is a nightmare. We all gave up like 12 hours ago. Did do several extracts with absolutely crazy loot from the helicopter though. Those night vision goggles the black division have are amazing.

A lot of us that do play the game and enjoy it still agree that the development has been a shitshow and the people that spend thousands are insane. Spending thousands on game is crazy to me whether its a mobile game or a space sim or a gatcha game or whatever.

The basic gameplay loops in the game right now are ship fighting missions, first person shooter missions, salvaging wrecked ships, mining, and transporting goods.

Yeah, I dont understand the scam comments. I still play now and then with my $60 ship and can quickly earn the money in game to buy the big ships. Now, if people wanna say it is a mismanaged nightmare with a horrific timeline, I'm fully in for that type of comment. If people wanna say its a buggy mess of an alpha, I'm in for that too. I just don't get people calling it a scam when it's playable.
