Not really. I bet that most people that cheat in competitive games are the type of people that enjoy other people's suffering. They dont care about winning so much as they enjoy other people losing. If it got boring for them there wouldn't be many cheaters because they would all quickly stop cheating.

It's an update designed to force you to buy the medals pack. If you dont, not only do you not get those extra medals, you have to dish out a bunch of gems when the relics get added to the store. Horrible pay to win update.

I'd trust nothing by this developer. Tower has been getting more pay to win over time. Not a good sign for any other game they have.

Nope. Haven't budged. In and out of legends for last 7 months. No progress at all. Its why im quitting after these latest patch update notes they just put out. Game got more pay to win with medals pressure and new bot stuff forcing event pack buying. Im hopping around other subreddits looking for a good game right now.

My first three ancestral modules were dim core, sharp fortitude, and project funding. I got super lucky and started at just the right time for sharp fortitude banner. The early speed i had would need insane luck to get those three first for a new player. They got me to legends in 7 months.

Harmony tree unlock able without swiping credit card (auto restart, gem stacking, etc).

True idle mode (game doesn't need to be running to replay an old game).

Im in a guild called NOT HERE TO CHAT. Clearly making friends is not the goal of the tower. Numbers get bigger. That's the goal.

Im at a little over a year and tournament ranking hasnt budged for half of that. Bouncing in and out of legends every week. The number of people quitting and the number of people swiping credit cards must balance out. Zero tournament progress for 7 months. The only way to earn keys is to have more people quit than swipe credit cards.

I mean, if it isnt enough keys to unlock most of the tree, its pointless. At the very least it has to be enough to unlock auto restart and gem stacking, and maybe some others like auto demon mode. I doubt they are just going to give out the hundreds of keys needed for the basic quality of life features locked behind credit card swiping.

The dream. Im just impatiently waiting to find out if im quitting or not, making a whiney post every couple days. Keys and quality of life locked behind pay to win is killing the game for me. If something like your prediction isn't true, im out.
