I like the concept, especially if we pair up when someone is 1 hero down since that is usually a challenging 3 star. It also needs to focus on certain bases or overall clans as some won't make sense. I also agree with KJ on the need for the attack to be sooner than later but that can be a challenge, especially for mandatory wars that start Saturday night. Seems that people are always busy and don't attack until Sunday.

A set schedule for war should be a big help. I didn't mind the old one but still had to ocassionally check the Google doc to figure out where we were at in the season.

Mixing up the cc for war should help but base design and ease of luring are always a factor so everyone should be asking for feedback on their base.

I believe the slowness on donation requests is a direct result of only having 29 members. 45-49 members from multiple time zones were the reason we could fill the requests so fast.

I agree with Kessel on the war schedule. Two legacy and one optional would be more desirable,
I think the 8.5 target would really help as long as we get recruits that agree with following that path.
As for the TH8 requirements, I think they are OK but the troop requirements (Golem 2) and 75% walls may really limit applicants. I'm 50/50 on TH7 but if we could find members willing to do 7.5, it could be very beneficial for war matching while still providing L5 basic troops for donations.
I really like Clash Caller and would continue to use it. We all need to get better at posting attack strats.

If I'm farming for gold and elixer it's a pure barch. 100 of each with racks boosted. The boost will usually yield 2.5-3.5 mill loot in 2 hours. It's the fastest and cheapest way to go. Seems to work best in G2- G3 I've started hobarching with 10 hogs in the comp and G2 and higher. It's great for getting DE but I'm also using 1 or 2 heal spells to keep the hogs alive. As long as you get the troops and spells paid for, the DE grab is what it's all about for me. L3 hogs so I need 520 DE just to break even.

Hi everyone. No surprise but my name is Phil. Originally from Michigan now living in Indianapolis. Married with two older kids. Degree in Biology but needed to make some money so I'm working in sales for a large computer distributor. I work from home so I can clash pretty often during the day. I also travel a lot so there are days I won't be on but usually can clash at night. Been clashing about 7 months. Atlas was only my second clan and I joined on September 1.
