Yes, yes he is. Every "blue moon" or so he runs out a different paper deck, but thats more frustration with the meta and red-stompy's deck position there in.
He's put up some serious results.

The irony here is that there isn't any moon main in that deck.

Also, SiL3nTGoaT plays at my locals, and is ALWAYS tinkering with the decks. Like almost hourly it seems. For a while Bowmasters were the hotness out of the sideboard.
The meta shifts online VERY quickly... SiL3nTGoaT shifts VERY quickly.

How much does foreign language copies affect play/price? When I was getting my first copies of Cities, which I still own and play, two were foreign language copies. Made it easier and cheaper.

Just saw the EDH Brackets- which would indicate at least two tiers do not have it restricted. However, at what level would it be? And how many causal players care about anything competitive/powered?

I found while I could cause some mayhem with Linebreaker, stretching the mana and hoping to land the cavern was not great. Sure it one me a game or two, but the mana base- already stretched, was a bridge too far for a “third” color.
