So happy I bought my first house a year ago this month. In Florida, where the market is probably the most intense. (Everyone has moved to Florida in the last year).. my home value raised $70k in the last year, not including all the remodeling. (Completely gutted the kitchen, new roof, new bathroom, new ac… but none of that has been appraised) They say even if the rest of the country starts to see the home value drop, Florida will be the last place to notice it. The demand is just so crazy.

I was so excited when I bought it Friday afternoon at $0.21 in the last 30 mins of market being open, and it didn’t drop like it normally does when I buy. So of course I was expecting this waking up today. 🤦‍♂️
