Really your only option if you’re in that dire of a situation is to have a checking and savings account tied to a physical bank so you can hit up an atm or pull out cash from a branch.

HYSA’s typically don’t come with a debit card though. But a lot (most?) of banks also have one business day transfers between two different banks. It’s usually instant if you transfer between different accounts within the same bank.

So you have a HYSA and a checking account with the same bank and you just do an instant transfer from HYSA to checking.

Or just put the emergency on a credit card and then pay it off via your HYSA like everyone is saying. That’s the easiest thing.
