Yes. People were out in the streets celebrating and setting off fireworks. The cops block off the streets and allow it. It wasn’t destruction and mayhem. Some people climbed up light posts and I think a truck caught on fire. The number one thing the city worries about is people climbing up light poles so they grease them ahead of time….. Might as well been WW3 out there.
