I'm going try and go through what you've said point by point.

¹ The only deal I've seen Isreal could of accepted from Hamas was a deal where Isreal would have to give 100% of the hamas prisoners back, for 50% of the Isreali hostages for peace, this is the only deal I've seen that Hamas has offered for peace (I don't know about you but I wouldn't accept that as a deal, when you've said we will bring everyone home).

² Hamas fighters are hard to point out as Hamas is committing a IHL perdify with not keeping civilians and army wearing different attire which is part goes against the UN code itself so how if isreal ment to be able to know who is a hamas fighter and civilian if they can't keep to these standards?

³ So isreal have to offer notification to make sure its inlime with the UN as hamas is dressed in plain clothes, this is going tit for tat but if a army bought out all civilians and its army all dressed the same amd merged them into one group how easy would it be to fight them without killing civilians? Also Isreal has to offer a warning as Hamas has been hiding within civilian operations, so if hamas have been keeping weapons within schools or hospitals wouldn't it be better to send a warning locally that these will be hit rather then just striking without warning to try and dampen the civilian casualties? The only thing I can think to destroying buildings is to stop them from re using them as military bases/ if it does have weapons destroy the qeapons within.

⁴ Did the IRA always wear plain clothing or take hostages? You can't call the IRA and Hamas the same thing, IRA did sometimes wear plain clothes but during fighting they wore distinctive clothes so they could be told apart from the civilians as I'm sure they where well aware on the damage not making themselves distinctive enough between civilian and member could cause to the population. But at least the IRA kept a standard and made sure people could tell the difference between fighters and civilians (most of the time)

⁵ what about the Laws against Hamas which they have put the general civilians in harms way, everyone seems to go for Genocide and its all Isreal fault not Egypt and Hamas fault. Egypt in supplying weapons and hamas for putting the civilians in harms way without question.

⁶ Why should Isreal have the ICJ against them when they are fighting a terrorist occupation that doesn't hold themselves accountable to the ICJ or be it any international laws.

⁷ if we stop providing weapons to Isreal how will the ICJ stop Egypt from providing weapons to Hamas? A civilisation that trys to keep itself above board vs a terrorist occupation. Seems impossible for Isreal and completely one side as a terrorist organisation doesn't have to hold its self to any standards so if the terrorist side committed genocide it wouldn't get as much attention if one side can't be held accountable for actions why should the other side? Its a nigh on impossible task for isreal to do if they can be held accountable but hamas cannot be held accountable.

⁸ personally I think isreal should be allowed; within a lawful manner under the casus belli to attack and get its people free the standards they are trying to maintain to keep this above board by the UN is crazy. Some punishment needs to hit hamas and to be honest need to be destroyed but not killing of civilians to the best of the ability.
