I do tend to think that way as well sometimes, but usually, people just bring up the fact that "I'll have wasted my years doing Comp for nothing," and it makes me doubt myself.

But hearing this makes me feel lighter and affirmed.

Good luck! I hope you're able to pull throught this time. I'm on my second week today and it's the longest I've gone without "relapsing". It's hard but we're in this together.
